I officially joined the Seattle Bodywork Cooperative on November 1, 2008. I look forward to working alongside my new sitemates at the Coop. Thank you all for this opportunity, and I’ll “see” you online!

Since graduating from Ashmead school of massage I have been working for a chiropractor doing deep tissue treatment massage. But I feel it is time to begin my own adventure of starting my practice. My style of massage – I have researched lomi lomi, Thai, and neuromuscular modalities and incorporated the different flavors of each to create a new experience.
The most recent and exciting modality that I have researched is the traditional Chinese cupping technique. This therapeutic application of cupping creates a suction and negative pressure which is the opposite of a standard massage. Cupping is used to: drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles and stimulate the peripheral nervous system. I use this modality in conjunction with others to preform the most relaxing, effective experience possible.
All techniques are optional. If you have any questions please contact me!
