Heather’s approach to bodywork comes with her longtime career as a practitioner of massage and energy medicine, shamanic practitioner, and yoga instructor. Her passion is working with others to help facilitate further healing within their bodies and helping to maintain a sense of wellness within each person’s life.
With almost 10 years of experience, Heather has obtained and continues to expand her knowledge of not only the structure and function of the human form, but also how each person may obtain wholeness within their lives. She has done the majority of her work in conjunction with Chiropractic & Acupuncture Physicians; tending to specific traumas in the body, and helping to restore balance and function. Heather believes in creating a balance in the body by incorporating both deep therapeutic massage, gentle healing touch & energy medicine, and yoga therapy. She plans to attend Bastyr University’s Health Psychology program next fall to further her knowledge of how the mind, body, and spirit truly create a beautiful dance in our lives.
Massage hours Tuesday through Friday. Yoga Therapy & Shamanic work done by appointment.
